The lodge was warm, cosy, and had everything we needed. The location was fine, surrounded by beautiful villages, waterfalls, and river walks. The staff were friendly and helpful, with one even bringing us an umbrella to the car so we didn't get wet.
The hotel breakfast menu could use a little improvement, perhaps offering more variety or options.

The location of this country park is just perfect, nestled in the heart of the stunning Dales. the peaceful atmosphere and picturesque surroundings make it an ideal retreat. the glamping pods offer a cozy and charming experience, with all the necessary amenities provided. the park itself is well-maintained and spacious, providing a quiet and relaxing environment.
The cleanliness of some of the amenities fell short of expectations. the champagne flute in our pod was filthy and had lipstick stains, and the fridge and microwave required cleaning as well.

Easter weekend at this place was a dream! The location was breathtaking, surrounded by stunning hills and a peaceful atmosphere. The park areas were well maintained and provided a lovely space to relax. Plus, the friendly blonde lady at reception was always helpful and welcoming. We also loved the convenient parking facilities.
There were a few issues that could be improved. The beds were also extremely firm and uncomfortable.

The location of the hotel was stunning, surrounded by beautiful scenery. the pod we stayed in was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities, including a toilet and shower. the staff were friendly and helpful.
The onsite store was poorly stocked, but there were alternative options available nearby, such as a Spar shop and a large Tesco. there was no on-site park as advertised on the website, which was a bit disappointing.
